Returns Eligibility

You may return an item for a refund or exchange if:

– The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

– The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.

– The item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@indaloclothing.co.za with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

– Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.

– Custom-made or personalised items.

– Undergarments and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Process for Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@indaloclothing.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) and a reason for return.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. Indalo Clothing is not responsible for lost returns.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

– Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

– Returns of items purchased with gift vouchers will be refunded by issuing another voucher.

– If the refund is approved, please allow 5 business days for processing.
